As Business Analyst, our goal is to assist our clients in:

  • Optimizing Revenue
  • Reducing waste
  • Creating solutions
  • Completing projects on time
  • Improving efficiency
  • Documenting the right requirements

One way to assess these goals is to measure the return on investment (ROI) for all projects. Keeping score is part of human nature as we are always comparing ourselves or our performance to others, no matter what we are doing. Pinnacle believes that every project undertaken should have a cost/benefit analysis completed. There may be valid reasons for undertaking a project with a negative ROI, but one should know whether the ROI is expected to be positive or negative prior to moving forward.
